His argument boils down to "Human bias is more reliable than AI bias, so please keep hiring people like me to make your decisions".

The world is doomed bro, biases are the worst things to entertain. Will set you back a couple hundred years on an evolutionary scale of things. Hell, even fear and persistence are better towards adaptation and evolution. The Richie rich will just use a.i. to transpose their biases onto monkeys and make them like their version of humans once they figure out genetic sequencing. Failed and horrible experiments galore. Poor animals. Pointless future.
