What makes you believe it was an accident? Seemed like a pretty blatant hit.

His brother was trying to get him into a drug treatment program. His family said he was bipolar and in a manic state during the time of his death, and they believe it was an accident. I think anything's possible when it comes to the CIA, but I don't see much evidence here (nor does my gut tell me so).
