why is it blue in the center? Is this proof that condensation can build up around mars and create and atmosphere? should we nuke mars?

i dont think a polite bomb is something stupid. it heats up the place it strikes, without leaving radiation. this is how we cultivate worlds un-inhabitable but with ice to make an atmosphere.
