That's not the basis of her argument, it's the title of the NBC News article. The following sentences which you omitted are more to the point:

The officials say the Biden administration has been rapidly pushing out "intelligence" about Russia's plans in Ukraine that is "low-confidence" or "based more on analysis than hard evidence", or even just plain false, in order to fight an information war against Putin.

The report says that toward this end the US government has deliberately circulated false or poorly evidenced claims about impending chemical weapons attacks, about Russian plans to orchestrate a false flag attack in the Donbass to justify an invasion, about Putin's advisors misinforming him, and about Russia seeking arms supplies from China.

So you're decrying misinformation and simultaneously cheering on misinformation as long as it is anti-Russia. I've read your comments, you attack sources rather than address the content, and twist the words of Saidit posters you disagree with in an attempt to get some kind of "gotcha". I'm all for discourse and debate of ideas but the way you're doing it is disingenuous.

Waht you're doing is believing every word of her opinion on the matter, while not even considering that the use of intel in this manner is part of an information war that focuses nontheless on the best intel available. She did NOT effectively refute that. I am not cheering anything. I am correcting your false assumption that this lady's opinion about the use of that intel is somehow accurate or more important than the fact that this information war is absolutely necessary against the pro-Russian and pro-right-wing campaigns (like hers) to somehow justify war crimes and the destruction of Ukraine. Why do you support genocide? Why would you think her opinion somehow changes anything? WHy would you think the intel used by the US MUST be used in this case to tell completely false narratives? What would that serve? That would fuck up the credibility of the US intelligence reports, wouldn't it? Why do you want to fuck up the credibility of US intelligence reports? Why do you support war crimes? The US must try to counter the misinformation. And this is not closely related to Biden. It's a Pentagon matter, ffs. They merely let Biden know what hey're doing.

I don't support Russia's invasion or war crimes.

I also don't support America's support of the 2014 coup in Ukraine overturning the democratic process, provocation of Russia through NATO expansionism and placing missile systems surrounding Russia that could be used offensively (a la the Cuban Missile Crisis), and hindering peace talks between Ukraine and Russia, instead using Ukraine to fight a proxy war with Russia.

Why do you want to fuck up the credibility of US intelligence reports?

They do a perfectly good job of that themselves.

I asked you: what do you think they should do? Not use the intelligence? Not counter the Russian propaganda? It's a fucking war. It's not a time to argue over the minutiae in intelligence reports. Russia's massacres will continue, regardless of our stupid arguments. I have no patience for the stupid political whining from useless assholes who are trying to make money with their opinion pieces, at the expense of the continued destruction of the lives of Ukrainians. I don't see why you or anyone should support any of it, especially given the consequences of spreading this bullshit.
