I think you should consider the ProcessMIX platform. They allow you to create solutions and backend tasks of any complexity with an intuitive visual editor. It's also the easiest place to create, modify, store, and execute logical decision models as a set of business rules. I've been using it for a few months now, and it's made my life a lot easier.
