Most people would continue to use chrome. Many don't know of the existence of other browsers or ad blockers.

More tech savvy people may switch, but I feel many wont be bothered to.

Using Tor with NoScript blocks ads just fine. No need for Google tracking your every move.

People who are tech-savvy would likely use DNS adblockers or add the extension through Developer Options.

Anyone who cares about their privacy would switch browsers (honestly they should have done so already).
