She is clearly no fit to contribute meaningfully to the US Congress.Amending the Constitution to abolish the Electoral College is virtually impossible. That’s because a constitutional amendment needs the support of two-thirds of the U.S. House and Senate for starters. It then needs to be either ratified by the legislatures in 38 states, or by a constitutional convention requested by at least 34 states.
