Concertina wire alone can't stop migrants. It must be used in conjunction with human and drone patrols. When someone is observed cutting the wire, tear gas should be used on that person and anyone attempting to go through. Biden is stupid in letting migrants become an issue. He should adopt the House bipartisan border security plan. Republicans will then be unable to make border security an issue.
