violence is mandated if they resist arrest while/after committing their crime

Violence would stop the whole problem of LOSING OUR NATION in this way, immediately. Violence is justified regardless of activity before and after arrest. Before, actually, would be better.
Bash a few thousand skulls in a day, and the next day those skulls will not be trying to cross the border illegally. "Refugee" status, my ass.

When you are being invaded you shoot first and ask questions later.

Not in this case. Tear gas should have been used when the crowd was cutting the concertina wire. The weapons the National Guard uses should depend on what weapons the migrants use. If they throw rocks, use rubber bullets. However, if the rocks are thrown with slings, they can be shot. The reason is the long range and lethality of slings. In fact, in the past slings were used as weapons to hurl stones.

No. In this case, tear case would be sufficient.

I would like to add that Biden is stupid in doing nothing to stop the crisis at the Southern border and letting it become an issue that Trump can use.

dems plan to be sugardaddies to be voted for
expect further degredations in voting system attempted to facilitate that goal
But they risk being voted out of office. Biden should adopt the House's bipartisan border security plan. It would pass the House, since it is their plan.

If the USA started putting CEOs in prison for employing illegals, the problem would be solved in a week for $0
