That is a horseshit hit piece. It’s nothing but the author’s opinions. Blanket negativity statements as to how people now see Trump are blatantly untrue. Every indictment and miscarriage of justice against Trump has done nothing but make Trump stronger.

"The verdict significantly curtails the Trump Organization's ability to do business in New York. He has personally been banned from holding any directorships for three years and his company cannot secure loans with financial institutions registered with the city during that time either."

That's not opinion is it?

horseshit hit pieces must only be horseshit to be described as such. I can't read nuance into a comment because of my neurodivergence

Yeah we get it

Oh well, I guess they just won't form another LLC and fund it with the same bucket of dollars. They'll surely just miss out on all the money now that one head of a hydra has been cut off.

Anything beyond the transcript of the trial is an author's opinions/interpretation, and we can all look at the same info the author did.

BBC tends to be a little less politically biased than most news stations, so take that for what it's worth.

He's taking this beating for all of us. This is all because he challenged the jew world order.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (18 children)

No, it's because he committed frauds that shock the conscience.

[–]PragmaticStoicism 3 insightful - 3 fun3 insightful - 2 fun4 insightful - 3 fun -  (5 children)

Absurd. You are a shill.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Oh for fuck's sake.

The press was reporting on the scale of the Mango Mussolini's fraud throughout the trial as evidence was presented.

It's not remotely absurd. Anyone who's been following the case has seen the evidence.

[–]iamonlyoneman 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (3 children)

They reported allegations. You drank the kool-aid because you are a simple hater.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

They reported allegations.

As evidenced by documents.

Which have since been proven. Which is how we get this judgement.

You drank the kool-aid because you are a simple hater.

Noticing the evidence that was presented to the court in black and white isn't drinking kool-aid.

[–]iamonlyoneman 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Proven by a partisan hack who will be overturned on appeal? Cool, cool.

[–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

If trump appeals, it doesn't look like he will do it on the grounds that he didn't commit the fraud.

His defence, if he attempts it will be because his victim was the bank, and they happened to get paid back as they would have if he had been a smaller risk.

Fraud without a victim? Neat trick.

Fraud without a victim?

No, fraud with many victims.

Neat trick.

Not as neat as you're pretending to believe.

[–]Questionable 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (7 children)

Please name the victims. First and last names please.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

If you commit fraud on your representations to someone who is considering loaning money to you, and the consequence of that is that they underestimate your risk and give you terms that makes their return on investment smaller by more than $100M, you've committed Fraud. Because you've lied to make yourself $100M richer and them $100M poorer.

Obviously to most people the argument "There's a guy on the internet who doesn't know the first and last names of the shareholders therefore they can't possibly exist" is not a sound argument.

Even you would be able to work out the flaws in that logic, if you think on it for a few days.

... Well maybe not you, given that you find simple truth that Water vapor is a powerful greenhouse gas "fucking retarded", so you're clearly not the brightest crayon in the Pre-K. But certainly anyone with a basic grasp of reason.

[–]Questionable 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

Water vapor is a powerful greenhouse gas

Amazing. Please continue to post this, as a testament to how stupid I am. Mock and deride me as a fool, using this as your evidence.

Now, again. I shall ask of you. What are the names of the victims of this fraud Trump has committed.

Obviously to most people the argument "There's a guy on the internet who doesn't know the first and last names of the shareholders

OH, the victims are shareholders? Can you tell us the name of the stocks, and how much money they lost? Or don't. As, I don't like controlled opposition. It’s coarse and rough and irritating… and it gets everywhere.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Amazing. Please continue to post this, as a testament to how stupid I am. Mock and deride me as a fool, using this as your evidence.

If you like, it's certainly a sound testament to how stupid you are:

"Hey dumbarse!

Is it retarded that it absorbs pretty much all the infra-red with a wavelength longer than 20 microns? Here's a chart for fucking retards like yourself who probably can't read

Or it's the retarded bit that that's more of the earth's radiation not making it to space than any other atmospheric gas?

... See the same fucking chart!

What other true things do you think are "fucking retarded"?

Last time you were asked that your response was: It's retarded that you are now attributing clouds and fog to global warming..

So allow me to also mock and deride your ignorance of the difference between water vapor and mist and clouds:

Mist and clouds are water droplets, a child knows that you pathetic slab of blubbering ignorance. It's fucking incredible that you're old enough to use a computer and don't know what the fuck the different phases of matter are. Why didn't you learn any basic elementary school science, you utter waste of bandwidth? Did you mother traumatize you by beating you with a chemistry textbook as a child wherever you said dribbling moronic stuff like "Water vapor is clouds!"?

Good?

Now, again. I shall ask of you. What are the names of the victims of this fraud Trump has committed.

I don't have the names of the victims. What difference does that make?

I made it perfectly clear in my grandparent comment that "There's a guy on the internet who doesn't know the first and last names of the shareholders therefore they can't possibly exist" is "fucking retarded."

OH, the victims are shareholders?

Yes. He ripped off businesses. You haven't picked that up yet? Why don't you get your mother to read you some of the press articles about the Trump fraud case and then get back to us? You're wasting good bandwidth.

Can you tell us the name of the stocks, and how much money they lost?

They lost over $100 Million: Trump reaped over $100 million through fraud, New York says as trial starts

[–]Questionable 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

I don't have the names of the victims. What difference does that make?

Amazing. All that, and you still can't name the victims.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I don't know your name.

If you think that means you don't exist, feel free to get on with it.

Uh huh. Your savior is a charlatan, a rapist, a thief, a misogynist, a tax cheat, a wanna be Putin, and a traitor to the US. Nothing pragmatic or stoic about the Mango Mussolini.

[–]iamonlyoneman 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

The saviour is god himself. This is just a politician who is going to help our country whether you like it or not.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

The only person the Mango Mussolini has helped is himself, whether you like to admit it or not.

God only exists for those who cannot accept their own mortality. You have no proof of your beliefs.

State AG Letitia James literally campaign on taking out Trump. You don't do time for civil law, that is a fantasy of yours.

Mussolini consolidation of fascist power in Italy was mainly due to the use of force and intimidation against his political opposition. Mussolini wanted to set up from the beginning a totalitarian one party state.

Fighting the enemies of Fascist Italy was a major concern for Benito Mussolini’s regime not only within the peninsular borders but also within the colonial administration. This was especially true in the colonial territories that constitute present-day Libya at the time of Fascist rule, where the Duce government established a branch of the Special Tribunal for the Defence of the State based in Rome, having an analogous composition and goal. The Special Tribunal for the Defence of the State in Libya, which constituted a unicum among all the Italian imperial domains, acted as the judicial arm of Fascism in the colony. It aimed at shattering local resistance, spreading Fascist doctrine in the empire and imposing a cultural and racial hierarchy over Tripolitania and Cyrenaica based on the alleged supremacy of the Fascist civilization.

The case of ten illiterate Libyan peasants and shepherds between thirty and fifty years old, who were tried by the Special Tribunal in Tripoli in August 1928 for insurrection against the powers of the Fascist state, is emblematic.

Hitler also with the goal of a totalitarian one party state, used the decree known as the Reichstag Fire Decree to suspend the provisions of the German constitution that protected basic individual rights, including freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and freedom of assembly. The decree also permitted increased state and police intervention into private life, allowing officials to censor mail, listen in on phone conversations, and search private homes without a warrant or need to show reasonable cause. Under the state of emergency established by the decree, the Nazi regime could arrest and detain people without cause and without limits on the length of incarceration.

Hitler and the Nazi regime also resorted to simple and extra-legal terror to intimidate opponents. Nazi paramilitary formations, such as the Storm Detachments (Sturmabteilungen or SA, more commonly known as Storm Troopers) and the Protection Squads (Schutzstaffel or SS), had been established during the 1920s to terrorize political opponents and to protect Nazi leaders. After the Nazis came to power, many members of these units were recruited as auxiliary policemen. They were allowed to arbitrarily beat or kill persons they deemed to be opponents.

In NY at least, if you commit frauds that "leap off the page and shock the conscience", you get a penalised even if you're a presidential candidate.

[–]iamonlyoneman 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

In reality, when leftoids say "it leaps off the page and shocks the conscience" we understand it actually doesn't though

Does valuing Mar-a-lago at $1 Billion for the bank, when a property valuer put in around $23 million, plus or minus $5 million, for tax purposes not jump at little bit?

I mean that's a 4300% inflated price.

Most people would at least notice.

[–]iamonlyoneman 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

The bank is obliged to do their diligence when issuing financial products. Ergo, if they issued something based on that value, they agreed. I personally don't know much about the value of it, myself

[–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

The bank is obliged to do their diligence when issuing financial products.

Which is why it's fraud when you lie to them inflating you with in the financial statements that you give them.

Ergo, if they issued something based on that value, they agreed.

No, they don't go through every item on your balance sheet and get an independent valuation. If they did that, applying for a loan would cost millions.

I personally don't know much about the value of it, myself

The fraud on that property can be summarized as $17M is a long way from $1000M. You don't need to know what the value is, just how much he changed it depending on who was asking.

dems are gonna be hit where it hurts when investigations (once trump is prez again) will expose all the dem criminality/treason and send great swaths of the betrayers to prison and potentially destroy that party.

exposure of dem-biased judges and compromised justice departments will call for clearing out such abusers who march lockstep with the dems sick leftist agenda
