As evidenced by documents.
Which have since been proven. Which is how we get this judgement.
You drank the kool-aid because you are a simple hater.
Noticing the evidence that was presented to the court in black and white isn't drinking kool-aid.

If trump appeals, it doesn't look like he will do it on the grounds that he didn't commit the fraud.
His defence, if he attempts it will be because his victim was the bank, and they happened to get paid back as they would have if he had been a smaller risk.
