ICE supports the 10,955 detained, mostly re-offending criminals (new charges 77%, having previous convictions 79%), by paying for profit prisons and lucrative housing by various county jails.

The rest, 27,543, are detained by CBP, the people that have spent years, if not decades, cutting down and removing fences. Maybe the rogue America destroying DHS cabal should shift funding from CBP to ICE, instead.

Luckily the Destroy America Border bill did not pass, which would fund removing fences and building easily accessible bridges....literally.
