The GOP has no say on this matter after they have proposed bipartisan legislation and subsequently killed it. Texas can pretend they are on the side of law and order but in fact, they are just looking for a brawl at the OK Corral. Abbott is a tool for the conspiracy theorists - and a disgrace to his office.
