Or - we could do with fewer military bases - though no one's discussing this.

(I think the Ukraine military aid is relatively minor, in the broad scheme of military expenditures, especially for cold-war-related projects. The US has a responsiblity to NATO to keep Russia off of Europe's doorstep. Russia also doesn't have the right to take any portion of Ukraine, or to commit genocide and war crimes.)

I know it's useless to argue with you, but: NATO membership means nothing if the US will not support its allies, the same allies who help protect US interests abroad. The current level of support for Ukraine isn't much, by comparison with the rest of the budget. Closing bases is a better option.

It is relevant, since you brought up NATO. The NATO treaty only obligates the US if a NATO country is attacked. Ukraine is not a NATO member. It does not obligate us, if some NATO countries want to get involved is a non-NATO country's civil war.

Luckily minorities are advancing in today’s modern world to achieve a more equitable position within societal hierarchy. It was the work of progressive and intuitive leadership that allowed this transfer of power to a diverse set of innovations spanning multiple sectors of industry, technology and medical.
