The problem with declaring it a national emergency is that all the opposition needs is a single land-owner to file suit in the 9th district court system, and then the wall is stalled/dead in the appeals court.
I don't understand why he doesn't just allocate money from the DoD budget and have it built that way.

That would mean a smaller black ops slush fund. Ainoway MIC gonna appreciate a cut for an actual domestic protection Also, why not push this try at border security when he had both the Senate and the House..? Had some people argue that some in his camp aren't for it.. Still this is just more smoke and mirror bullshit to distract and divide.
