The spirital realm is more real than the physical realm. We are a target by the adversary of our souls. He prowls around like a lion, seeking whom he may devour. The only way to be saved is by the Saviour: Jesus Christ. He is the Lord of all the spirits and they all submit to his authority. He is able and willing to save anyone who comes to him in repentance. That's why he died on the cross, so you could be forgiven, and be free from the evil. If you choose to reject Jesus, then you are on your own and will fare badly against the spirits that are more powerful than you.
