First, that's not only racist and sexist, it's just stupid. Hire the person who will do the job best. Simple as. Second, he's not a "cis white male" he's a just a white guy. We don't want your bullshit, made-up language used to describe us.

Yeah if this fucker was all, sorry I only hire straight white males, you'd hear about how that's racist, etc -- but the reverse is okay. This fucker should be removed from his board.
