Also, Trump has been bankrupt 8 (?) times, screwing numerous people out of their money. It shouldn't be so easy to file for bankruptcy. People like Trump abuse the option.

No, but I will tell you what is. Undermining free speech on a technicality by having the FBI have all the media companies censor true information about hunter biden's laptop when they can't legally do it themselves, and commit election interference by doing it during a presidential campaign, and then appointing a guy to the intelligence board who signed a document saying the laptop story was Russian disinformation, and also trying to start a ministry of truth. That all sounds a lot like somethiing that would happen in George Orwell's 1984

You are right, but it did fit the popularly incorrect definition that OP was using, and I long ago gave up on explaining the nuances of Fascist and Communist theory to people who refuse to understand what those things are
