a guy like hiim has no problem putting a breathalyzer on his car for one year.

he can still drink and just take uber.

I agree. I thought the breathalyzer option is only for those who present financial hardship to the mandatory license suspension. Then most people with hardship can't afford the daily charge to have the breathalyzer in your car.

I wonder if he is getting out of even having his license suspended at all...
