I’m not sure the police need reform, unless they have a plan of getting rid of shitty cops.

That sounds like it would help get rid of shitty cops.

They always make up reasons to make legislation. And then don’t do shit to address it.

Like I complain about rope in prison that shouldn’t be there.

Move the non violent people some where else. Move the non rapists some where else. Instead, they let all the murders out of jail.
