Virtue signaling is what happens when stupid people are in charge. If this president nominates a black woman, fine. It will then be up to Congress to decide if she's qualified. Obama nominated Garland and he was denied a position. Now as AG concerned parents are classified as terrorists. The system kinda works, right?

manchin and sinema pretend to be based and block biden's agenda which makes them popular to their constituents back home. But if they allow an affirmative action supreme court justice all that goodwill will be gone and we will see their true colors.

It doesn't matter who Biden picks. Justice Breyer always leaned left. It'll be a wash on the Judicial Branch. The only occupation that uses virtue signalling more than a politician is an actor.
