500 people jailed by one Judge? Does this count as Black on Black crime?

It looks like black mama energy, where they're done putting up with their kids and beat them in public. Or it's just a lot of petty theft, and there's something more to it.

No one asks why that place has so many useless criminals.

It has the same number of criminals as anywhere else. It's just that these judges keep them in jail. In progressive places like San Francisco and Baltimore, they are set free for the same charges.
