I'd think that if they died at the same time.

But 2 years apart, same type of victim, same death, makes me think this guy more likely has an MO.

Loads of gay serial killers get away with it because people people think "well gays and drugs, what do you expect to happen?"

But if it keeps happen with the same guy likely it's the death he's aiming for, not just a good time.
