No, we don't. Only US corp members do. Anyone who lives in the US and doesn't contract with US corp can own whatever gun they want.

The founding fathers knew that it would only be a matter of time before the government began operating outside the bounds...

The founding fathers were land speculators, corporate lawyers, bankers; not one mechanic or famer signed the in company constitution. Washingston hired Benjamin Lincoln to stop Shay, the ONLY real rebellion. The revolutionists were scum, racist, elitist, freemasons.

      Samuel Adams:

Who ever is agaisnt the rebpulic should be severely punished.

not entirely true.. a convicted felon, in most cases, is not allowed to own a firearm, though there are a few exceptions to this rule.

also, if a person has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital or other facility, even for one minute, they are not allowed to purchase a firearm for a period of five years.

convicted felons are generally not allowed to purchase or possess firearms, but they are in some states allowed to purchase black powder revolvers and rifles.

i even find it odd that one can walk into a cabelas store and purchase one of these black powder revolvers, and i understand that you dont even need to show identification to make the purchase.

Ashkenazi Jew Gaetz the Zionist shill is here to protect you 2nd amendment rights EVEN THOUGH, the CONSTITUTION is an in company document and you don't even need said consitution to own a gun.

Militia's were bullcrap anyway and were used by well-placed scum to fight the regulators such as Shay's Rebellion.

The constitution is an in company document enshrined by Association Inc. Your first statement is correct, 2nd, not so much.

Ahhh, yes, shill. The point I was making is US corp created state corp militias with the sole purpose of having them fight for US corp when need be. Most militias were fine with this except Shay and his followers, who started a rebellion against debt imprisonment, property theft and greedy mercantile shylocks. Shay was put down by the militias armed and funded by the rich merchants in Boston and Us corp masons/society of cinncinati such as Washington and Benj. Lincoln.
