Government ≠ Corporation.

Your opinion on what a definition should be doesn't actually change the definition of it.

US corp = corporation... government is incorporated, same with every state and city in the US.

Wrong. Blackwater is a private for-profit corporation. The US was chartered by ASSOCIATION INC. as a self-funding quasi-public/private corporation. Again, it's reach is completely voluntary. But leave it up to rich scumbags to scream about taxes that are suppose to benefit those who voluntarily contracted with US corp for welfare and other benefits, whilst they retain US corp privilages but steal from those who contracted willingly.

I'm saying it is chartered as one by Association Inc., but with added parameters such as being a charter corporation and being quasi-public/private. Read Chisholm vs. Georigia 1793.
