That's weird - I haven't seen him anywhere near a golf course.

Because he's literally in hiding except for an hour or two on his good days where he gets an adrenaline shot so he can walk outside and say hi to a couple of journalists, pretending he's just casually out for a walk. Him able to play golf would be a shock.
