even as a very white caucasian, i could look them straight in the eyes and say: "I am black".

how many people that identify as black are as bright as the stars and the sun? thats my point. some black people aint all that black.

just like transbenders that identify as female, i could identify as female and just walk into the ladies restroom and start pissing in the sink.

it is either allowed by law or it is not allowed by law.

You'd also be welcome to join them, regardless of what you call yourself.

The legal way in which you can call yourself black, asian, Native American, or any other ethnicy is if you are an 8th of one of those. and the choice to call yourself one or more of those ethnicities is entirely up to you (as long as there are the ancestor records or DNA evidence to prove it (eg. if you are applying for a job that favors non-whites).

nah, i have neighbors that are fbi and i have neighbors that are local police and sheriffs and fire department..

i just smoked a cigarette with one of the local firemen about thirty minutes ago.
