just a bit of trivia... i can only speak for california, but if you get locked up in a psychiatric ward, even for two minutes, you are not allowed to purchase(or maybe even possess) a firearm for five years.

i have self admitted myself on more than one occasion.. one time, the police took me there and the police looked at the psych and told him to give me whatever i ask for.

the doc looks at me and ask "what do you want"?

i want some vicodins and a remote control, i replied.

he agreed to write me a script for vicodins on demand, but he said that i could go and get the remote myself, it is in the t.v. room.

i was there about two or three months.. i took about two vicodins, but i could have eaten them like candy, as the script was written for on demand.

they used to leave the door open, hoping that i would escape, lol..

i would close the door.

Wait, you chose vicodins when you could have chosen oxycontin? Sounds like you needed to be locked up!

But seriously, vicodins make you feel ill, and do zero for pain. You only take those when you want to feel terrible.

i have taken a few types of pills, tho i never do it on a regular basis... i actually enjoy vicodin.. i really have enjoyed valium with some wine.

Valium can be good, but I threw the vicodins away. Pain actually feels better. But if you ever have intense pain, oxycontin is the cure. You'll be pretty worthless, but they work.

oxycontin is severely addicting, that is what i understand. oxycontin is a very dangerous drug. many people that try oxycontin will become addicted from the very first dose. many oxycontin users will become heroin addicts.

DO. NOT. TAKE. OXYCONTIN.

I've been prescribed oxy a couple times, and I don't find it addicting at all. Zero desire to become limp and unable to function. I might even have a couple left for emergencies in some bottle. If I ever get the intense eye pain again, I'll definitely go digging to see if I really do.

They gave me Fentanyl too. It was probably the dose, but that is a strong narcotic. Boom, I was out within a minute or two.

IMO, someone that would become addicted to feeling like that already has severe problems they should probably try to get fixed.

it is my observation that people that have a very strong mentality can do drugs and still function and are also less prone to becoming addicted.. but, if you have the slightest psychiatric issues going on, it will amplify it many times.

a really sad addiction is the fairly new "synthetic weed".. i have smoked it a couple of times.. it will knock you the fuck out cold.. and when the addiction switch kicks in(can take a few weeks), it is too late, you can not turn back the clock.. the side effects of quitting once you are addicted is seizures and uncontrollable bowel movements. thats right, if you are addicted to the kush(synthetic weed), and you run out of it you might have a seizure or shit your pants.

mmmm..

omg, have you heard of flakka? that be some weird shit.. it looks like it produces a high similar to meth, but if you take too much you is gonna go into a new dimension and your behaviours will be way strange.

drugs be dangerous.

I've heard of fake chemical weed, and have seen the word flakka before. I gave up ingesting or smoking random chemicals a long time ago.

Caffeine, weed, alcohol, and kratom is all I do these days. Minimal weed and alcohol. Some claim to get addicted to kratom, but who knows. A half tablespoon is basically like a better version of coffee. I've heard if you take very large amounts, it reverses into a kind of opiate effect, but meh.

Even so, it's better to not take drugs everyday.
