I think you're right. I think there were illegal registrations and ballots in all the swing states, even the ones Trump won. My question is: is this a coordinated effort among a loosely affiliated group of individuals, a bad "culture" of vote gathering with similar training within the party, or a leader at the top with commands working down to the lowest level.
