I hate that I kind of agree with this one, FOR TWO REASONS:

  1. If people are afraid to go to court, they wont ever answer for any wrongs. There will be no justice for anyone suing an immigrant who's papers are expired or in processing.

  2. And if they do show up to answer for a wrong that they perpetrated, if they get arrested and deported, the plaintiff, again, is left without justice.
