and now that i have taken a moment to review the cisa.gov, i am betting that this cisa agency is barely a government agency at all, and that they DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT THE ELECTION and i am betting that they DONT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO WRITE A PARKING TICKET.
