My understanding is that recounts generally only change a few hundred votee, not 14k. And he still loses if he gets Georgia. This dog won't hunt.

a recount that is properly supervised could produce any number of incorrect or invalid votes.

this is dependent on how many incorrect or invalid votes are found to exist.

Short of there actually being rampant voter fraud I don't see that happening. This is classic Art of the Deal maneuvering, presumably to try for concessions from the incoming Biden administration to ensure a smooth transition, as well as to entertain his fanbase since that affects his brand.
