"Gerrymandering" has no bearing in Presidential elections, and is simply a buzzword for the uninformed masses.
Districting, which is a non-partisan term for it, simply determines House representation, and the allocation of funding.
For the love of God, please learn basic civics.

I should also point out that Maine and Nebraska divide their electoral votes by congressional district. Republicans in at least 2 more important states have tried to get that approach going in their state.
So Republicans have tried to gerrymander the presidency, and probably continue to do so.
For the love of God, please know what you're talking about before you try to sound informed.
