Society, be careful of the slippery slope where you find that the definition of personhood and the right to live become increasingly squeezed. Some people claim that a baby born alive during a botched abortion is not a person and can be left to die, invaded for. One day, you may be declared to not be a person as well, with a similar fate to go.

I agree about the title. Should have said more like " Court rules that '6 day old baby in not a person per NYC state code." Even that's too biased for good journalism, though it's the best I can come up with in 30s.
