the text looks like you can't deliberately decieve people about factual things like voting date, location of voting boxes, elegibility and qualification.
these things are verifiable, not a matter of opinion or debate, and i don't see a problem with making deceiving people abopuout this illegal

Yes, that's how it may be written. And facebook has 'fact' checkers. To this end, they won't even have to charge people, only threaten with take downs. That and companies such as facebook can now simply claim they are adhering to California laws to do as they please.
