Wouldn't it be better to use one of the local miltias? that's what they did back in the day. when washington needed to get some shit down they would just call up the local militia. I'm sure the locals would help clean up the city. then if they don't want to help clean up then that's there own fault lol...wall it up and let the hunger games begin loljk
