The scamdemic is all a lie for ZOG to impose their authortarian will.

Did it not happen on Purim

This first arose in late November 2019 IIRC. Trump was still handwaving it away into April 2020. So no.

thanks. meme was wrong, like most of them.

It was announced this afternoon that three different daily coronavirus death tolls are set to be published after Public Health England (PHE) were said to have “exaggerated” the tally.

Health secretary Matt Hancock ordered a review after scientists discovered that anyone who tests positive and later dies of Covid-19 is currently included in the PHE numbers – even if they recover, and are then hit by a bus months later.

That's exactly what's going on in the US. Inflated numbers to increase panic. Orange man bad at any cost. Democrats are sick people.

[–]Zapped 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

The inflated numbers aren't to increase panic, it's to increase revenue (from the CARES act) for the hospitals that cleared their rooms for what they thought was going to be maximum capacity Covid-19 patients.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

How can you blame the democrats when it's THE SAME THING WORLDWIDE. It's whatever CONTROLS the democrats, is also controlling other politicians around the world.

[–]mongre 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yep. They're taking cues from China until last week. UK revised their numbers and in the US, they're still beating the same drum. People who die from motorcycle accidents are being listed as COVID deaths. Meanwhile our normal deaths have fallen off like a rock.

This kind of "news" works well..... if you're completely ignorant. So, I'm expecting a lot of people to believe this, especially Americans.

Do you have any specific claims against the article?

Are you from the UK? Do you have a more enlightened opinion?

Data is about 1 month old but look at the section labeled average deaths per day world wide.

Flu is at 1000 deaths per day, Covid is at 3000 deaths per day, just about to overtake tuberculosis as the leading cause of worldwide deaths.

[–]jamesK_3rd 13 insightful - 2 fun13 insightful - 1 fun14 insightful - 2 fun -  (33 children)

Whatever it is, this isn't the question.

The question is do we shut down the world economy and our lives themselves over TB, the flu, herpes, hiv, or any of the other different types of virus and/or sars-coronavirus that exist.

Life is inherently risky. Retreating to your home to swipe right on grindr just changes to a different type of risk profile.

The government cannot eliminate risk from every facet of life for you no matter what they may tell you or how hard atheism requires you to believe that it can.

The median age of death for covid 19 is 78, ironically the average life expectancy for males in the USA is a similar number.

A majority of the believers in atheism might be ready for the govt to rule them as evidenced by the fact that some states have less than a hundred or two hundred deaths from (or while testing positive for) the virus and lockdown/facemask/goggles are in full effect and the masses are completely compliant.

This is a political question, not a scientific one. If it were scientific, we would've isolated those at the most risk months ago, instead of executing them while jailing everyone else.

Of course none of this matters, largely because it is political, and the outcomes are fairly set it would seem.

The question is do we shut down the world economy and our lives themselves over TB, the flu, herpes, hiv, or any of the other different types of virus and/or sars-coronavirus that exist.

This is the typical ignorant and egocentric response of someone who isn't at risk or doesn't know they're at risk.

And hey, America and Brasil are following your advice. How's their coronavirus death toll?

Then let's avoid every discussion ever, forever, and let us only cling stubbornly to what we believe, without ever talking to anyone who doesn't exactly align with our views. No risk of forming a fascist regime or a civil war by acting like this, oh, nossir. Hey, wait a second...... that's exactly what America is doing.

Perhaps focus more on how shitty your economy system is, rather than wanting to slave out some more at the risk of dying. Your dumb slave behaviour is exactly what your shitty economy wants.

Ossi, your insght and vocabulary is..

People like you who want to make it worse for others because you see everyone who takes part in the economy as "dumb slaves" in a "shitty economy" are speaking from a place of laziness and selfishness

I have two university degrees. I was a college teacher. Now I work as a store clerk as if I hadn't even finished high school, and I'm begging to keep my job.

But I've seen the 1%. I've known an asshole who already got his personal villa at 17 years old, no work required. He's the grandson of a CEO.

I've seen the rich people demanding the poor people work and ignore the pandemic, and forcing them to do so. And I've seen people like you, mostly Americans, fully buying on the bullshit. I guess eventually, when you no longer have a meal, you will be forced to wake up.

Or, you can be an asshole and ignore coronavirus safety measures - because you'd beg to work as a slave for minimum wage, and think it's ok, but to you, wearing a mask and washing your hands to help others is "cage mentality". Oh, poor idiot.

Well, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not fat. It comes from a culture who doesn't grow up with junk food, like America does. Thankfully, not every country has an obesity problem like you do, at least for now. So...... what about YOU? Are you also fat, or just ugly? I'm betting on ugly AND fat. Very fat, and sweaty.

        [–]Ossidiana 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

Sure, it'll grow even slower when enough thousands of thousands of people have died. Because you know, that's how pandemics generally work -whiping out a good chunk of the population and then calming down. Not that you'd know any of this, if you're American and therefore ignorant.

Just wait it out, then. What an altruistic and sensible behavour you have.

        [–]whistlepig 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (5 children)

yep.. just like every other year and other viral infections......

I agree, it is more altruistic to "wait it out" rather than cause needless suffering, global economic devastation and social panic.

A roofer in Florida was hit by lightening last week, and [they] called it a coronavirus death. [They] were forced to retract it after the family raised hell. There are THOUSANDS of similar cases.

I've been saying this for a while now. Although the media is pushing corona virus, the flu is taking us out behind our backs. But surely the mask will protect us from both.

        [–]cynical_americano 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

the mask was never meant to protect YOU from CovID, but rather OTHERS from YOU if you happen to have it and/or are asymptomatic (unaware of the ability to spread). i'm so tired of having to explain this to the willfully ignorant.

        So...

The UK has recently done an antibody survey, which shows about 6% have antibodies..

Findings published by Imperial College London today suggest that 6% of the population in England, around 3.4 million people, have been infected with COVID-19.

However antibodies only stay in the blood at detectable levels for about two months even after a bout severe enough to hospitalise. So the UK antibody study done in mid July is not going to pick up people who were sick in early may or before, the height not the epidemic. People mildly sick or asymptomatic probably would lack antibodies even after a couple of weeks.

There's also a significant chance of false negatives on these tests...

The Swedes did a joint antibody and t cell study (t cells stick around). Immunity there was 30% in June, and the UK has the same kinds of deaths as Sweden per million.

This suggests mortality is closer to 0.2% or 0.1% in European or East Asian countries.

        Bad flu level.

        [–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

There's also a significant chance of false negatives on these tests...

More importantly, there's a huge problem with false positives on the antibody tests.

        [–]InLaymansterms 5 insightful - 2 fun5 insightful - 1 fun6 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

But the media won’t promote this cause they want to keep people stuck in hysterics. People need to realize it isn’t that bad and get life back to normal again.

it doesn't kill a lot but it weakens you for life, destroys organs, just makes like worse, best to not get it

it weakens you for life, destroys organs, just makes like worse

I'd be interested in taking a look at those studies and deciding for myself. Got links?

        [–]Jesus 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Just search PUBMED and put into the search box on that site COVID malignancies, etc., there are hundreds of peer reviewed studies on the malignancies and chronic nature of COVID if left untreated. I guess it does cause problems but not enough to destroy the economy. The latter was done by government policy.

        [–]noice 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I tried for about 15 mins but didn't find any conclusive evidence of Covid damaging organs, nor anything about it weakening people for life

        [–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Not life. But search Covid or the scientic name and then persistence or chronic. The same people behind the COVID is not too big of a deal, and I don't think it really is for most of the populaion are the same people that fucked up Borreliosis.

Oh, over the last 7 weeks. . . That might be right. (No particular reason to doubt it).

Otherwise, I was going to call bullshit. It was at one point more sever than a normal flu -- 2-4 times, not something like 100 or a 1,000 times -- but the thing about diseases is that they can mutate to be less deadly over time. If you're a virus and you kill all your hosts, how are you going to spread? Herd immunity is building up with a lot of people not even showing symptoms.

Why so few dead? People are also better fed on average than they were in every other global pandemic, and we have learned from the NYC situation to not preemptively intubate people. (I don't think it was malice. . . just a learning process).

Covid-19 is more closely related to colds than flues, and that seems to be it's future. It'll live with us as a cold. . . well, forever.

Sources? Mostly from that Red-Dick place that we don't like here. If super-curious, look through this guy's stuff: https://www.reddit.com/user/mushroomsarefriends

it reminds me of something called the epstein barr virus, funny name. Also called mono. Lot of people get this and recover, what sucks is I learned it causes a lot of forms of cancer later in life. So it is one of those things it is just better to avoid getting.
