Ah I must have missed your post somehow. Thanks for sharing. There have also been other posts about this in /s/politics but none of the ensuing conversations were really focused on actions we could take as a community to combat this.

It's worth mentioning that California is among a small minority of states that currently have something like Prop 209 on the books. That means most of our country prescribes to legally structured racism already. So sad.
