I agree with her, a big part of the deal is just reallocating money.

"Shifting school safety and school crossing guards out of the NYPD's purview together account for $483 million in the $1 billion deal."

You can disagree with the assertion that the police force is bloated, whether the police help maintain the peace or make things worse, but she's right to call out the city for saying one thing and doing another.

I don't know how someone can say police make things worse. Without police, shootings in NYC and other cities have skyrocketed. I hope people like her get what they want, they want to see America burn.
