Most of these jews are white too they just hate the idea of it. If they're pushing the narrative that white is not a race, then they don't get to pick. Either fair skin == white and nothing more, or it's a distinct race and some "white-looking" people are not part of that race.

Assyrians, for starters. Outside of the Middle East and (mostly)unquestionably white you have the olive-skinned Greeks and Italians.

I always thought olive skin to be more a really light brown than a yellow, but I suppose now that you mention it, it does a yellowish tinge to it
