Assyrians, for starters. Outside of the Middle East and (mostly)unquestionably white you have the olive-skinned Greeks and Italians.

I always thought olive skin to be more a really light brown than a yellow, but I suppose now that you mention it, it does a yellowish tinge to it

No, the olive skin that Greeks and Italians have is from the climate of those regions, while the yellow that the asians have is from mongoloid dna

Then maybe their system of race is flawed, as in WWII Asians have faced extreme discrimination almost to outright analogous to Jews in Europe. And now with COVID-19 they're blamed in the way people often blame the Jews.
