You'll almost certainly find more people well versed in Das Kapital, the Frankfurt school, and the history of Marxism here - than in a place like Reddit. This is why it has no real support here - Marxist ideals are the sort of thing that can't survive a decent understanding of history and human nature.

I don't know how one 'trains' in Marxism, maybe they studied it which is something you should do.
