A google search shows Buffalo cops resigned in solidarity with another officer. Some Minneapolis cops resigned for whatever reason and then some SWAT unit in Florida resigned because they were “minimally equipped, under trained, and often times restrained by the politicization of our tactics.”

Does the video detail any other departments? I'll read an article but I won't watch some 26 minute youtube video that probably has an 8 minute intro before it even gives you any info. Thanks for the headline, though.
