You already had to get 20 permits to dig on your own soil before this, now its just getting out of control. We're never going to be able to start our own businesses again if we keep going at this trajectory, we'll only be able to line the pockets of the wealthy

Out here in CT they've been treated pretty well. Revenue has been sub-par but they're doing pretty good
