Exactly!! This is what I'm talking about, it even happened in this thread - I've been seeing a bunch of users taking the message one is putting out (or an article, or a video), and acting as if its' (or they are) saying the opposite of what it is/they're actually saying, in hopes of dissuading further users from reading the original comment/content. Hoping to also potentially start a hate-train or discredit your account, minus the down-vote button.

fraudulent vaccine

Sounds a lot like Flu Vaccines given in the United States that have last year's influenza strain - from China. There are different strains of influenza, and the strain going around America is different than that going around China. If the flu has mutated and is a completely different strain, why get "immunized" with the old, less-mutated version of strain that isn't even "native" to (or currently making the rounds on) your land/nation?
