As soon as the 2nd is removed in a dozen states then I'll lose hope. Until then there's only waiting for the last piece of liberty to crumble.

The constitution has already failed on these grounds IMO.
The citizens are supposed to have the same arms as their government.

We mostly do. Sort of. Buying an m4, Ar-15, tank, body armor... You can if you can jump through the mountains of paperwork.
