The wars are about resources but Israel has worked it so that all the enemies of the US are their enemies. They want to expand and cripple their neighbours so they can dominate the region. They don't want any anti-israeli powers near them. I agree that israel is a parasite that needs to be cut off. They are one of the major reasons terrorism thrives in the middle-East.
