My.municipality would consider this a "building structure". Wish I could build one for my dad, but our theiving government would try to steal from them. Nice set up!

It's for growing things that need more protection, as in they cannot be easily grown outside or grown outside at all, and they often require more warmth than the outside would bring, like tomatoes.
