Are we doing free verse? Okay cool but now it's my turn.

A leave falls from a tree
As I reflect upon the dystopia into which we descend
It's like a train which, once having taken off,
Is difficult to stop
Or a set of dominoes falling in sequence.

But then I realize that humanity prevails
Within each are good intentions
They remain to guide us aright
And as this thought enters my mind
The leave hits the ground.
