I didnt know what lactase was and its some kind 'dietary supplement' which is drugs and is bad. Anyway, its not that I cant eat ice cream and drink milk, its that I cant eat and drink as much as I used to: Once you exceed a limit its explosive diarrhoea time. So eat as much ice cream or, even better, have ice cream milk shakes.
